Ground Floor
Step inside to discover a spacious open-plan living area that seamlessly merges with a fully equipped kitchen. Cozy up by the fireplace on large, inviting sofas while enjoying satellite TV. Adjacent to this, a generously sized dining table accommodates over 10 guests. Also on this floor, you’ll find a bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms – one with a double bed and another with two single beds. The living area opens up to a sprawling, roofed veranda complete with a dining table, offering the perfect setting for al fresco dining and enjoying beautiful views of the sea and the surrounding area.
First Floor
Ascend the wide wooden staircase to reach the first floor, where you’ll find four additional bedrooms, all furnished with double beds. The main bedroom boasts an en-suite toilet, and there’s also a luxurious main bathroom featuring a hydromassage bathtub. Each bedroom on this floor has access to its own balcony or the outdoors, with the dynamic sea view from the first-floor balcony offering truly breathtaking vistas.

Villa Aetos features a spacious outdoor area with a private pool, lush gardens, and a shaded patio for leisurely outdoor enjoyment.More specifically the outdoor facilities include:
– A 45m2 private swimming pool with ladder access. The pool terrace is equipped with sun beds, umbrellas, a shaded gazebo with a seating lounge, as well as a hammock.
– Fully equipped barbecue facilities with a charcoal grill and an outdoor sink.
– Outdoor playground for children in a lawn-covered area to spend their day with fun!
– A vegetable garden with fresh produce which you can use for your meals.
– A ramp is also available at the main entrance of the villa for guests with restricted mobility needs.
– The Villa has its own entrance and is fully fenced, offering full privacy and security to our guests.
