Newly built in 2014 and situated in the traditional village of Loutra, the atmospheric Villa Alexandra with luxurious eccentric overtones stands alongside vineyards and olive groves and offers very nice views. The villa combines traditional architecture with modern design.

The villa has been built using the latest bioclimatic construction techniques which allows for energy saving and less environmental pollution. The two-storey villa is 125m2 with a 24m2 heated pool (the option to heat the swimming pool is upon request and has an extra charge) and private garden. Internally on the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen and living room, a bathroom and the first of three bedrooms.

The first floor comprises of two further bedrooms and a family bathroom that has a bath with a hydro massage system. Both bedrooms open onto a terrace overlooking the sea.The beds have comfortable foam mattresses that provide good overall support and ensure a perfect night's sleep. The advantages of the house include a swimming pool with deck, barbeque, fireplace, air-conditioning and playground. Internally the house has been equipped to a high standard and includes such features as a fully fitted kitchen and for your entertainment a LCD TV, internet and satellite TV (Including Greek TV Channels) and a collection of DVDs and board games.  There is wifi internet and access to Viber.

There is an excellent choice of restaurants and tavernas in the area and a wide variety of sport and water sports to choose from. The villa is  in the village close to the butcher’s, restaurants, chemist’s, mini market and the village square. The situation of the Villa offers an excellent base for excursions either to Heraklion, Chania or to the south coast where you can enjoy the beautiful beaches and the crystal clear water of the Libyan sea.

Rethymno is an ideal town for bicycles because combines rarely united features the old town's charm and history, with proximity to a long sandy beach! With your bicycle you can visit in few minutes the Fortezza (fortress) which was built by the Venetians,  the  Archaeological museum at the entrance to the fortress, the Venetian Loggia which is dating back to the 16th century ,  the folklore and history museum , the main minaret (Neratze mosque),  the Rimondi fountain and also to buy fresh products from ''Laiki" (the local market)! In the old town of Rethymno you will find everything from  traditional bakeries , cafes , taverns and also a variety of shops in the street of Arkadiou , souliou and Ethnikis antistasis. It is a great advantage to rent  a bicycle and  after roaming in the small streets of Rethymno to be in the long beach  in just few minutes!  For our guests we rent special bicycles in a special price , please ask us for more information's!
