Our philosophy is simple: we treat our trees like family. To ensure the highest quality of “liquid gold,” we follow a strictly natural cultivation process that honors traditional Cretan farming. Every drop of oil comes directly from our own fields, allowing us to oversee every stage of growth. We maintain a clean ecosystem, so our groves are 100% free from synthetic chemicals, pesticides, and industrial fertilizers.

To protect our olive trees from the elements and pests, we use only natural wax. This traditional method provides a physical shield for the trees without compromising the purity of the fruit or the soil.

Because our oil is extracted from olives grown in such a pristine environment, it retains its full biological integrity. It is rich in polyphenols, antioxidants, and that distinct, peppery finish that characterizes authentic Cretan extra virgin olive oil.

Lavandula stoechas, also known as French lavender, is an exceptionally beneficial plant with powerful antiseptic and analgesic properties. It is widely used to relieve anxiety and headaches, while significantly enhancing mood and promoting restful, high-quality sleep. Its benefits also extend to the skin, as it reduces irritation, aids in the healing of wounds and burns, prevents infections, and soothes inflammation. Additionally, it helps eliminate dandruff, relaxes the stomach and intestines from bloating and gas, and offers natural care and revitalization for both facial and body skin.

Η Lavandula stoechas, γνωστή και ως γαλλική λεβάντα, είναι ένα εξαιρετικά ευεργετικό φυτό με έντονες αντισηπτικές και αναλγητικές ιδιότητες. Χρησιμοποιείται ευρέως για την ανακούφιση του άγχους και των πονοκεφάλων, ενώ συμβάλλει σημαντικά στη βελτίωση της διάθεσης και στην προαγωγή ενός ήρεμου και ποιοτικού ύπνου. Dittany of Crete, scientifically known as Origanum dictamnus, is a unique plant native to the island of Crete and is considered one of the most valuable and versatile herbs of Greek nature. It boasts a rich therapeutic profile, with anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, healing, tonic, and antispasmodic properties, making it particularly useful for a wide range of ailments and discomforts. Traditionally, it has been used to relieve stomach disorders, headaches, toothaches, and to promote the healing of wounds and injuries.

Το δίκταμο, γνωστό και ως Origanum dictamnus, είναι ένα μοναδικό φυτό με καταγωγή από την Κρήτη και θεωρείται ένα από τα πιο πολύτιμα και πολυχρηστικά βότανα της ελληνικής φύσης.
