Front Office / Receptionist at Ink Hotels Rethymno, Crete

The main responsibilities include:

  • Welcome guests for the check in process
  • Manage the registration process and keep updated records and files
  • Meet and exceed guest expectations by anticipating the services they might require and suggesting local venues
  • Receive and handle payments, c/in and c/out procedures in an efficient manner
  • Receive calls, emails and respond accordingly
  • Follow hotel policies and procedures for providing excellent service standards
  • Handle our PMS system
  • Prepare reports for all front office operations.
  • Handling requests, resolve all issues in an efficient way.

Position Requirements:

  • Tourism or Hospitality degree
  • Experience of 2 years in similar position
  • Good use of English language, both oral and written. Knowledge of an additional language will be considered an asset
  • Previous experience with PMS systems
  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Teamwork spirit
  • Professional appearance and behavior
  • Positive and optimistic attitude
